1. Who are we and what do we offer?

1.1 Slowe Asia Pacific Limited (“Slowé”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the online platform accessible at goslowe.com (the “Slowé Platform”), which allows users (“Participants”) to discover, book, and attend surf and yoga retreats (“Retreats”) provided by independent retreat providers (“Retreat Organisers”).

1.2 Slowé acts solely as an intermediary. We are not the organiser, operator, or insurer of Retreats, and we do not own, manage, or control them. The Retreat Organiser is solely responsible for the Retreat you book.

1.3 The purpose of these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) is to set out (i) the rules for using the Slowé Platform and (ii) the conditions governing the relationship between Participants and Retreat Organisers when booking through the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 By accessing or using the Slowé Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

2.2 You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Bookings, Prices & Payment

3.1 When you book a Retreat, you enter into a direct contract with the Retreat Organiser. Slowé only facilitates the booking and payment.

3.2 All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are collected by Slowé via third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) through the Slowé Platform.

3.3 Retreat Organisers may set their own cancellation and refund policies. The applicable conditions will be clearly displayed on the Retreat listing page and at the time of booking. Any approved refunds will be processed by Slowé using the original payment method.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 If you wish to cancel a booking, the applicable cancellation and refund terms of the Retreat Organiser will apply. Slowé facilitates refunds only in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy set by the Retreat Organiser, as displayed on the Retreat listing page. Slowé is not obliged to provide refunds outside of those terms unless expressly stated on the Platform.

5. Liability

5.1 As Slowé is not the organiser of Retreats, we are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or conduct of Retreats or Retreat Organisers.

5.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slowé disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or participation in a Retreat.

6. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
