Payment

A deposit or full-payment is required to secure your spot when booking.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is free 30 days before check-in. 25% fee applies for each night cancelled less than 30 days before check-in

50% fee applies for each night cancelled after check-in.

If the guest fails to check in within the first 24 hours without prior notification Wave House reserves the right to cancel booking and sell the room. A 25% no-show fee applies.

Guests who want to cancel may transfer their booking to another person who meets Wave House's terms and conditions.
