Payment

A deposit or full-payment is required to secure your spot when booking.

Cancellation

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking with valid proof for medical conditions, natural disasters, acts of terror, unforeseen travel changes imposed by governments, or a death in the family.

A change of plans, missed or canceled flight are not valid reasons for cancellation.

Cancellations with valid proof can be refunded or rescheduled at the discretion of the host.
